LOL! Hussein is a major league loser if he cannot convince the NINTH CIRCUS to rule in his favor!

Here's the loophole. Expect AZ to see a ton of this stuff. " However, the court also ruled that Arizona must not refuse federal voter registration forms, which work on the honor system by asking applicants to check a box indicating whether they're U.S. citizens."
But if I am reading this right, even if you are registered to vote via the federal form - you still need to show valid ID to get the ballot to vote with. Doesn't look like a loophole to actually vote.

This is a ploy by the 9th Circuit Court: since they know SCOTUS always overturns their decisions, they are trying to see if this one gets reversed so that the final outcome is the way they really want it.

Either you’re mistaken, or they were doing it wrong. If you have your voter registration card in Texas, they won’t ID you. If you don’t, they will.

Neither. I'm just questioning the motivation of the 9th circuit as they astonishingly get one almost right.

All I know is I had both, but I asked under what circumstance would I not be allowed to vote, and that is the explanation I received.

Not a big surprise in itself. Just the Ninth Circus doing it's bit to hasten the day when everyone can be required to "produce their papers." Nobody's requiring anyone to "produce their pappers." If you don't want to "produce your papers," then just don't vote.

In my opinion, the "federal voter registration forms" are unconstitutional on their face AND this ruling proves it.
In essence the form itself, by including some requirements while not including others is a violation of states rights as states per the constitution are the ones that define voting methodology and as such voter requirements -not the fed!

By definition illegals don’t have honor. What about that statement usually on the bottom of federal forms - if you make s false statement your @** is ours, something to that effect.
To: montag813
The 9th Circus said that? Are you sure?

Arizona can demand to see certain forms of identification that proves citizenship
Now they need proof that the voter is still alive and not a zombie voter.
