You cannot just go to other countries as an American and diddle little girls because they say it’s ok.
That is sexual tourism, and that is illegal.

Underage? The age of consent in Colombia is eight. Just askin, but don't we have laws here that prevent American Citizens from going abroad and exploiting underage children?
I mean us average Joes of course, not politicians and the protected class.
