Now, I appreciate white collar work - I have a college degree and work at a desk. But I have also held jobs where you come home sweat-stained with calluses on your hands and mud on your boots. Bill doesn't know what it is to earn a living.
My wife stayed home to raise our kids rather than work to pay a nanny or day care to raise our kids. I know my wife worked every day just as hard or harder than I did.

This whole episode shows the narcissism that permeates the Left. In my family, my wife does the heavy lifting in raising our three children. All I do is make the money. When put on the scales of importance, the kids win. I never understood the notion that working for strangers was more important than working for your own flesh and blood. If both parents have to work out of the home out of necessity, than it must be done. But to do it just for careerism is truly selfish, unless your childless or your kids are no longer kids.
