Out of the entire pool, we would have supported any one of them except for Romney. I was a volunteer for Newt here in CA for months. We had a statewide team, leaders in every congressional district, weekly conference calls, facebook pages, etc. All that stuff has ended and CA doesn't even vote until June 5. Blame whoever you want but the GOP nomination process is all but over and Mittelstiltskin has won. There will be no brokered convention.
