Wouldn’t that be interesting if he took up the case. Get out your race riot gear.

It's a show trial to keep the mob at bay. Can't say I blame her.

The fact that she charged Zimmerman with 2nd degree murder tells me she's on his side.

This ain't a 2nd degree murder case. An acquittal, if it goes that far, is a slam-dunk.

An acquittal is the better outcome for Zimmerman than a no-bill, which enables the New Black KKK to hound him forever.

I saw Judge Alex on CNN as I worked out this morning. He said that in FL a 2nd degree murder charge is normally connected to intent. That the murder had to actively seek out the victim WITH intent to kill.

Did Zimmerman pursue with intent to kill or intent to stop a perceived crime?

I looked here

Definition of Second Degree Murder

The crime of Second Degree Murder occurs when a person commits either:

Murder with a Depraved Mind or
Accomplice Felony Murder

Murder with a Depraved Mind

Murder with a Depraved Mind occurs when a person is killed, without any premeditated design, by an act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind showing no regard for human life.

The primary distinction between Premeditated First Degree Murder and Second Degree Murder with a Depraved Mind is that First Degree Murder requires a specific and premeditated intent to kill.

“The fact is there is lots of racial bigotry in this case,” Mason said. “And a lot of it is coming from the side of Trayvon Martin’s family. I can understand why his family is upset. They lost a child. But they weren’t at the crime scene. None of us was.”

Wow! Someone not afraid to say the truth. He will get death threats now for it.

Last sentence of the article: “And you can’t blame Stand Your Ground for this tragedy.”

Last night a poster stated that under the Stand Your Ground Law, a judge could dismiss the case on a motion by defense counsel. No trial, that’s it.

After watching the “Special” prosecutor’s press conference on Youtube, I’m inclined to agree with this attorney in his statement of “Prosecutorial Prostitution”!! Zimmerman was charged purely for political reasons.

I don’t know what the rules of ethics are in Flordia but in Indiana an attorney can be disbarred for such a statement. Not saying I disagree with the barrister but he’d better be careful.

THIS is a man Zimmerman needs to defend him. I know he has a good attorney now but Mason is saying what GZ lawyer needs to say to the media. You can’t play nice with the government when they’re trying to railroad a man for political reasons.
That biotch special prosecutor NEEDED to be called out not praised for being “professional” like Zimmerman’s attorney did yesterday.

“charge leveled by prosecutor Angela Corey is too severe and reeks of political calculus, Mason said. “It’s political prostitution,”

Yes it is. Purely done for political reasons.

Mason said Corey is too zealous of a prosecutor.

Sounds like something a seventh-grader would say. If a seventh-grader knew words like "zealous" and "prosecutor."

From a PR standpoint, I don’t think I’d want Casey Anthony’s lawyer on my side.

What really sux here is what kind of life is Zimmerman going to have now always having to look over his shoulder? He will not be able to live in this country...

Watching Florida Prosecutor Angela Corey give that speech, talking to the television audience as if they were all 7 years old was just too much.

Watch Corey walk out winking and nodding at the cameras and her media friends in the room as if she was at the Academy Awards.

It was one of the most disgusting media circuses I've ever seen.

Corey, clearly giddy about the attention, is smiling ear to ear, during a news conference speech about some guy that was shot dead.

Corey is a disgusting political whore who is more concerned with her career and appeasing the black racist and media, than justice.

Watching that woman give her speech was disturbing!

She said she wanted “justice for Trayvon”. What does that mean? Why couldn’t she just say she wanted to see justice done?
