I’m honestly not that surprised by this, nor am I particularly torn up about it. Zimmerman’s a Hispanic Democrat, and if his own kind won’t defend him I’m certainly not going to volunteer for it. The civil lawsuit will affect mostly the local HOA (of which I disapprove on general principles) and the City of Sanford (who’s taxes I don’t pay). There’s no way 2nd Degree Murder charges are going to fly, so there’s going to be riots eventually. But this buys me and mine more time to stockpile ammo and other supplies.

Courage from the officials involved would have been nice, but “... see which hand fills up first.”

yeah, i kind of suspected that they had him somewhere.

Obama has drug this guy into Obama’s own personal world of sh*t.

It is possible that Zimmerman could be a tribal sacrifice to the Obama God.

Every time Obama speaks without Soros and Co. directly feeding him lines “uh uh hold on now, I can't hear myself” he just screws up everything.

Obama is doing this crap on his own, and he will eventually turn on Soros. That is his pattern. I don't think you will find very many Soros posters on the walls of the Panters HQ or Holder's office.

Does anyone else notice that Holder is assuming more and more of a Presidential role, as Obama implodes. And, they are not letting crazy old Biden out of his locked room very often.

Something is up. I can just tell.

Next step is to have Holder move the trial to DC.

Listening to the presser, the women in red, I assume the persecutor(sic), sounds like she's reading a fairytale to 3rd graders on a public library field trip.

Zimmerman is so screwed.

I think a jury will clear him! The prosecutor is doing it for Trayvon! Not for justice!

Corey just gushed over the parents of Trayvon. “Those sweet parents”. Yeah, the “sweet” ones who trademarked their son’s name and who hired personal injury attorneys to prepare for civil suits. VOMIT.

Prosecuting attorney started off by referring Martin’s parents as “these sweet parents”.

Disgusting...”Public pressure had nothing to do with this”

UNBELIEVABLE called him “our” victim.

After all, you can indict a ham sandwich, particularly with the POTUS and henchmen Holder breathing down your neck.

Can Zimmerman get a fair trial? I wouldn't bet my life on it. FL found Casey Anthony not guilty but Zimmerman will probably be sent down. He has two strikes against him: male and white latino.

S##T, I was really hoping Zimmerman was off in Brazil by now, especially since there is no extradition treaty between the US and Brazil. He could’ve been flipping the bird to Obama, Holder, and Holder’s people.

I’m waiting for the hispanic community to start defending their man. I haven’t heard a peep.

What’s scary is this could happen to anyone who carries a gun for self-defense. Shoot a black man and go to jail, no matter the situation.

Welcome to Obama’s America. RIP.

America is a caste society upside down. The lowest caste rules by intimidating all others with threats of bloody riots.

Did this woman use the phrase: “Justice for Trayvon”? I just tuned in this this presser and it sounded as if she used that phrase that all the protesters have been using.

To: Arthurio; All

I don’t think the prosecution will be able to get a 2nd degree murder conviction. The following is from a Florida Attorney’s website:

Second degree murder cases often involve a death that allegedly occurred because of a heat of passion or act that was so dangerous is warrants a criminal action be brought against the Defendant. The classic example is the spouse who finds their partner having an affair with another person and immediately acts to kill either the partner or the partner’s lover. In order to convict a defendant in Florida of Second-degree murder, the State of Florida must prove the following three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:

1. The victim is dead;
2. The death was caused by the criminal act of the defendant;
3. There was an unlawful killing of the victim by an act imminently dangerous to another and demonstrating a depraved mind without regard for human life.

Understanding a second degree murder can be more confusing than the more serious first degree murder. The “criminal act” reference in the statute must be a single event or series of related actions arising from and performed pursuant to a single design or purpose of committing the murder or creating the dangerous condition that led to the death. Although second-degree murder can carry a potential incarceration of up to life in prison, the death penalty cannot be imposed on a person found guilty of second-degree murder.

Whether a Defendant’s actions could have been reasonably foreseen as endangering a human life to the point of warranting a prosecution is a question for the jury and where a skilled defense lawyer can be most helpful. Examples may include the negligent supervision of a child or of the elderly by an adult, or other reckless behavior that led to the death of another person.
