I’m guessing that Obama will make sure the trial doesn’t begin until after the election.
Anyway, I wonder if Zimmerman will vote for Obama again this time around.
This is absolute bullsh*t. This man was defending himself.
Its Political. Cost less to pay out for Malicious Prosecution then to pay for Holder’s people using it as an excuse to loot the cities.
No way can they prove all of the elements of 2nd Degree Murder Beyond a Reasonable Doubt now and the Prosecutor knows it.
That’s why she declined having a grand jury. She knew the grand jury would throw out this case, she knew that if she didn’t throw the book at him the hoodlums would riot..scare tactics, courtesy of Obama’s America
In favor of the prosecution or the defense?
Zimmerman is likely innocent, but will be put through meat grinder for sure. Even if found not guilty of these state counts, the federals will then bring “civil rights” charges. Like what happened to the Rodney King cops who ended up in jail for many years, even though found not guilty on the underlying charges.
So the constitutional ban on double jeopardy ends up being no obstacle to politically driven persecutions like these. If they decide to get him, they will get him.

I fail to see how either “following” (as some on FR claim) Martin, or even getting out of his vehicle to get a street address (as others have said) for the responding officers qualifies as “imminently dangerous” or “evincing a depraved mind” in this case.
Martin outran Zimmerman, lost him. So how did Martin come to be back in Zimmerman’s presence unless he himself came back to challenge Zimmerman?
Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial, what is the purpose of this action other than to sacrifice him in order to appease the race hustlers?

This is actually good news. The prosecutor knows that she will not get a conviction for 2nd degree murder, but she can say that she tried.
George Zimmerman expected to be charged in Trayvon Martin’s death
According to Wiki Answers, 2nd Degree Murder has an average sentence of 22 years and a max of 30 years in Florida. He will likely live until his trial by being in solitary. Once convicted how long will he live. He may be due jail time for being stupid resulting in a death. However, this case is now entirely political.
The Hispanic community should be in an uproar about this rush to judgement.
Where will this ‘’trial’’ be held, in Salem?
So, think they’ll throw Zimmerman in the general population while waiting/going through the trial?
I’m honestly not that surprised by this, nor am I particularly torn up about it. Zimmerman’s a Hispanic Democrat, and if his own kind won’t defend him I’m certainly not going to volunteer for it. The civil lawsuit will affect mostly the local HOA (of which I disapprove on general principles) and the City of Sanford (who’s taxes I don’t pay). There’s no way 2nd Degree Murder charges are going to fly, so there’s going to be riots eventually. But this buys me and mine more time to stockpile ammo and other supplies.
Courage from the officials involved would have been nice, but “... see which hand fills up first.”

It is possible that Zimmerman could be a tribal sacrifice to the Obama God.
Every time Obama speaks without Soros and Co. directly feeding him lines “uh uh hold on now, I can't hear myself” he just screws up everything.
Obama is doing this crap on his own, and he will eventually turn on Soros. That is his pattern. I don't think you will find very many Soros posters on the walls of the Panters HQ or Holder's office.
Does anyone else notice that Holder is assuming more and more of a Presidential role, as Obama implodes. And, they are not letting crazy old Biden out of his locked room very often.

No. She did not seek indictment by Grand Jury because she was not seeking First Degree Murder charges hence no need to involve a Grand Jury.
