Will he release his delegates to Newt?

Unlikely. Santorum has always been a big supporter of Mit Romney. Rick Santorum had spent more on ads against Newt than he did against Romney and there's been a reason for this. Rick Santorum's mission is accomplished he helped Mittens win by being the spoiler and splitting the conservative ticket. It's likely he'll endorse Romney and probably even claim that Mitt Romney is the 'real conservative' and the only 'conservative' that can beat Obama and perhaps release those delegates to Mitt Romney.

Oh, no, my mouth just dropped and my heart nearly stopped. I just always assumed his delegates would go to Newt. I can’t believe I was that wrong... or maybe you are wrong. I hope hope hope.

He split the conservative vote, made a path for Romney, and has done his work for the party. And then had to make it all sound holy... it’s disgusting.
