The second I read this a-hole’s name - Sen Richard Blumenthal (D), a former attorney general of Connecticut - I knew where this US Constitution-baiting-lib was going. POS.

It's breath-taking that Obama and the left are actually engaged in threatening the Supreme Court of the United States.
They can deny all they want, but I hope the (majority of) Supremes rock their world.

The Left continues to signal a coming coup. Will conservative justices have an “accident” or be assassinated outright?

The court commands no armies, it has no money; it depends for its power on its credibility. The only reason people obey it is because it has that credibility. And the court risks grave damage if it strikes down a statute of this magnitude and importance, and stretches so dramatically and drastically to do it."

That reminds me of what Uncle Joe Stalin said about the Pope and the Vatican many years ago. Kinda made me take notice.

Did Kagan inform Obama the vote Friday?

How did Obama get a law license?

All Law Schools teach within months of Madision V. Marbury the first semster

Where we have three equal Branches of Government and the Supreme Court one job is the judge the constitutional of laws passed and signed by the President. ( No such law was ever passed Roe V. Wade)

So now the narrative is that, if a law is ‘big and important’, it’s automatically constitutional?

Interesting concept...

“How many divisions has the Supreme Court?”

If the lib-dems try anything with them, they just might find out how many Real Americans would take-up arms in defense of the SCOTUS. Just saying.

Richard Blumenthal, the scumbag who was eviscerated by marshmallow Glenn Beck a few years back for unconstitutional attacks on banks.

Blumenthal looked like he was going to cry.

Hear that demented screaming off in the distance?

Chief Justice Roberts just woke up with a decapitated horse head in his bed.

And will the voting public find the courage to march, with pitch forks in hand, up to the castle to throw out the bum-king?

WOW, Beck’s ON FIRE in that exchange! I don’t ever remember seeing/hearing anything like that from him, in the couple of years I watched/listened to his shows. His BP must have been soaring. Ol’ Blumie-idiot looks/sounds like he’s on dem-downers. LOL. How’d he get to be a US Sen? Oh, nevermind; Biden, Byrd, Reid etc come to mind right away. Sorry I asked.

Barack was a constitutional professor. Once he has deemed a matter decided, how impudent of a gang of political appointees to imagine they could think better on it.
(Same with Economists, Religious, Civil Libertarians...)

How did Obama get a law license?

All Law Schools teach within months of Madision V. Marbury the first semster

I have been thinking about exactly that. How could any graduate of Harvard Law School be incognizant of judicial review as established in Marbury v. Madison? How could he not remember Marshall's classic formulation of constitutionalism at the end of the decision:

Thus, the particular phraseology of the constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principle, supposed to be essential to all written constitutions, that a law repugnant to the constitution is void, and that courts, as well as other departments, are bound by that instrument.

(My emphasis added.)

And this isn't just some anonymous graduate of Harvard Law: this is a former president of the Harvard Law Review.

And from there, he was allowed to teach legal classes at the University of Chicago's Law School.

The Kenyan Clown is the ultimate result of decades of affirmative action: an incompetent not only in the Oval Office, but even at the very career in which he has enjoyed every advantage.

What an embarrassment to this nation to have such a moron occupy its highest office.

If Beck could handle Blumethal that easily, he should have never made it to the senate.

“It’s breath-taking that Obama and the left are actually engaged in threatening the Supreme Court of the United States.”

Remember that it was the high court in Honduras that ordered the removal of their leftist dictator, and remember Obama’s reaction when it happened.

The average moonbat has no army. The average moonbat on the street or in her house has no real defense. Random moonbat removal is easy as pie

See # 17; the court in Honduras approved the removal of their leftist dictator, and the army complied.
