Someone on facebook posted this on his wall, to which I promptly commented More Pablum for the Masses. But then I tried to find the referenced bill and came up blank, except for S.J.Res. 37 (111th): A joint resolution calling upon the President to issue a proclamation recognizing the 35th anniversary of the Helsinki Final Act. Am I missing something or is the EDF clairvoyant, or just making stuff up? I'm sure all those thoughtfully-penned letters will make a difference.

From this article you can see the senate version is S 1392:
EPA Needs More Time to Reconsider Boiler MACT Rules
Rep. Morgan Griffiths (R-VA) bill H.R. 2250, of which I am a cosponsor, initiated the Boiler MACT legislation along with its Senate counterpart, S.1392, and enjoys broad support in Congress. The legislation passed the House by a vote of 275-142, with no Republican opposition and 41 Democrats in support. The Senate Boiler MACT bill (S. 1392) currently has 41 bipartisan cosponsors. This is an issue that affects each of us, but none more so than the hundreds of thousands of workers in critical American industries.
