OK. Man calls police about a party next door. Kills person fleeing from the scene.
MURDER. MURDER. MURDER.
Not going to be charged for MURDER?
IT IS SO GREAT TO BE AN AMERICAN.
Big Fred, get a grip, too.
It is great to be an American. The only thing about your post that makes sense.
If you come into my dark house in the middle of the night, as this 20 year old did, you’ll also be greeted with a blast of a shotgun, just as the 20 year old was.
And with any luck on my part, you’ll not leave under your own power either.
If you think I’m over reacting, well, just keep that in mind as you come through the door or window.
The dead man, having fled the scene, entered the enclosed porch of the neighbor. The neighbor then found him. And quit beating up on America. It is a good place to live.
I wonder how far off the ground he flew when the bullet did it's legal job?
You are extremely confused about definitions. There IS a difference between killing someone and murder. The difference is there for a reason. Now, you could write your own dictionary and define terms any way you desire. The hard part will be in getting everyone else to accept your definitions. You could call it bigheadfreds’ dictionary. Do not print too many copies though.
