High on the front page of the March 18th edition we found this: “An important national investigation.”
I expected to read of Sheriff Arpio’s official probe into the fraud and forgeries surrounding Barack Obama and his almost certain Constitutional ineligibility to hold the highest office in America. I was disappointed.
You in the Fourth Estate have failed Americans who actually care about the rule of law. And, in the end, you will find that you have foolishly and terminally failed yourselves.
You see, throughout history, incipient tyrants have routinely availed themselves of the stupidity and ignorance of what Lenin accurately termed “useful idiots” who convince themselves that they will be princes in the corrupt new order they helped create.

Obama needs to prove, this time around, that he is eligible to be President. We believe he fooled the people the first time and people are looking into that. Now, today, it must be proved that he is eligible.

He simply CANNOT PROVE that he is eligible because he is not a ‘natural born citizen’ which requires that BOTH of his parents be United States citizens at the time of his birth. That is NOT the case. 0bama’s father was a BRITISH CITIZEN at the time of Barack Jr’s birth so he is INELIGIBLE to be President and always has been and always will be.

I would send that letter; each and every day; so that they must deal with it; either by 'delete' or 'disposal' MO. Well; at least, once a week. . .
If Obama could prove it; he would. Plain and simple. Forged BC does not count, needless to say; nor do counterfeit passports prove anything; legal; that is.

0bama's birth certificate on green security paper ONLY exists as a computer file. The GREEN BC HARD COPY WITH RAISED SEAL does not exist and has yet to be furnished by the White House or Hawaii.

Why should the next leader of the Free World get a pass on providing documentation required of everyone who wants a driver's license or to play on a little league team?

The AJC has been a dumping ground for pseudo-journalistic hacks since Ralph McGill. There have been a few bearable souls like Grizzard and the late Furman Bisher. Thankfully, the low-life Cynthia Tucker has been quietly confined to their Washington bureau, unless she’s gone altogether (good riddance). This whole rag has minimal circulation, none of it deserved, and like all Atlanta media panders to the NAACP crowd. Try telling/selling your version to some people even on FR who would argue that the Founding Fathers and the Constitution did not intend to disqualify children of illegal immigrants from any nation in the world from being POTUSA. Being born on USA soil is their only requirement.
So you say. Others have reasonable cause to say differently.

The Supreme Court owes the American public a ruling on the defintion of "natural born Citizen."
Ask your House Representative and Senators to answer this simple question:
What is a "natural born Citizen?"
Did you read me wrong or did I make a error in wording? In any case I was trying to say some people even on FR would allow so called ‘anchor babies’ i.e.children of illegal,non citizens born on USA soil to be eligible for POTUSA even if moms went back with child to live in their native country. I do not accept such a position. As to the SC deciding what is meant by what the Founders specified as ‘natural born citizen’ gives me questions as to what the SC can really accomplish. I think about a situation where the SC might be asked to rule on whether an apple is a fruit and why so. Would such a ruling bear on the age old classification of an apple.

It seems to me the lack of judicial clarity on this issue has facilitated Obama's bamboozling.
Seems to me SCOTUS would be hard-pressed to pass a definition of NBC that would allow a foreigner to father a child in the US and rear the child abroad with foreign senisbilities and allegiances. Later the child could be subsidized by a subversive support group thru an elite US education while spending the requisite 14 years in the US to fulfill the US residency eligibility requirement.
Oops! That's what just happened with Barack Soetoro Obama!
But seriously, folks, SCOTUS would have to respect Framer's intent and Minor v. Happersett to determine a definition of NBC - wouldn't they? We aren't that far gone yet, are we?
In any event, I don't think I can stand another Presidential term with this loose end hanging up our poltical process.
EVERY candiate for POTUS or VP should be required to incontrovertably document their eligibility - starting THIS YEAR!
Unfortunately, that means that all they would now have to do is present a Birth Certificate. Team Obama has completely focused on their version of a BC to the detriment of all other factors.
