There is no hidden bimbo or we would have known by now. Santorum appears to be as clean as snow in his personal life.
Given events of the last six months, I would say the odds of Santorum being accused of having an affair with some skank in the Chicago area are way better than chance. She will probably remain anonymous, and disappear once the damage is done.
