Actually, IF it is female, I think it could be somewhat attractive after the necessary scrubbing, delousing, hair styling, and nice clothes -- probably what dear old Mum & Dad always wanted. Now mind you, that's a BIG if.
I had the same reaction. Ambiguous gender therefore most likely it's a liberal progressive critter of some kind.
