There is a difference between

"I have no problem with kiddie porn"

and

"Those accused/convicted of kiddie porn have the same constitutional rights as those accused/convicted of murder, rape, or assault",

and there really are "many Freepers" who don't grasp that these positions are not the same.

--agree with both of your above posts--and am a little surprised at this thread as my post yesterday of basically the same thing (Drudge article) was pulled with no explanation after a few minutes---
