Thank you, U-2. I have thought in those quiet moments, between despair and joy restored, that it was thinking of the courage of ISRAEL and POLAND that snap me out of it.

I actually daydreamed of contacting those in Poland who could be familiar with Lech Walensa, on how they threw off communism, believing that the sooner we here organize the safer and easier things will go for all. Chamberlain’s error was costly.

Polish airmen who escaped from Poland in 1939 flew for the RAF in WWII as fighter pilots. They formed the 303 Squadron, which was the most successful of all RAF units in shooting down German bombers, and made a major contribution to the RAF’s victory in the Battle of Britain in 1940.

After the war, the Brits refused to let them march in the Victory Parade of 1946, in deference to their buddy Joe Stalin.
