PHOENIX — Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said Thursday he suspects the birth certificate President Obama released designed to prove his U.S. citizenship last year is a forgery.
“A six-month long investigation conducted by my cold case posse has lead me to believe there is probable cause to believe that President Barack Obama’s long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is a computer-generated forgery,” the long-time sheriff, who has regularly battled the administration, said.
Sheriff Arpaio said at least two crimes were committed in his view through the forgery.
He released a 10-page report detailing what his investigators said were “inconsistencies” in the text characters of the birth certificate image the White House released, and also questioned details of the computer file itself.
Some of those claims had earlier been raised on the Internet as well, and the White House has rejected them.
The Justice Department has accused Sheriff Arpaio of civil rights abuses, but he said he began his investigation before that.

You see, Torah does not bring salvation, but it brings blessing because it is the “truth” & the “heart” of YHVH. If one does not believe it is true & for him, then one does not truly believe in the Creator but rather his beliefs are in men. One doesn’t need a doctorate to understand Torah, one merely needs to let the Creator be the teacher and pray to HIM to teach them they way HE taught HIS only begotten Son. It’s that simple. We are to pray for forgiveness in the name of the Son, but all instruction comes directly from the Father. Especially that given to HIS Son who repeatedly said that he spoke not hiss words, but the words of the ONE who sent him. To claim anything else it to claim that Yeshua & YHVH are liars.

It was researched and the list of what races/ethnicities in use at that time were listed on many threads, many times. And “African” was not one of them.
Correct. And "Caucasian" was also not one of them. Yet we've seen various Hawaiian BCs where "Caucasian" is listed instead of the required "White." So the assumption that Hawaii rigidly followed a standard set of guidelines is an erroneous theory. Numerous sample Hawaiian BCs disprove that theory.

No, I most assuredly am not citing FC as a authority. As I explained previously, I included FC's quote of Kurt Tsue because it provides a hypothesis that we can test about how/why "AFRICAN" may have been accepted by the HDoH as a legtimate race.
Now we know that HDoH didn't follow the letter of law as you suggested with race & ethnicity because of the Caucasian v. White ethnicity.
So in my mind there are two remaining questions.
1. Would Hawaii allow the use of a country's name as a parent's race?
So, in looking at the BC I provided for Keala Harriet Hardesty, you will see the Father's race listed as American. That tends to answer the first question in the affirmative, IMHO.
2. Did BO Senior consider his race to be African?
The Instructions for the 1962 Census, (developed prior to 1962) instructed Kenyans to specify their race as European, Arab, Somali or African. Asians were instructed to write Indian or Pakistani. So, it seems very logical to me that Senior considered his race to be African and that answers the 2nd question in the affirmative.
Now to be clear, I make no judgment about the forgery. But I do believe the issue of "AFRICAN" listed as a race has been resolved, at least to my satisfaction.
I would be shocked if we ever witness such an arrest. The president is the boss of the highest law enforcement body in the country..the Justice dept. And the president gets to choose the attorney general who heads the justice department, and is also the boss of FBI. Theoretically possible, in practice highly improbable.

As a matter of interest (and regardless of one’s theology - you can’t refute the facts), the Rabbis around the world, including those in Israel, have been preparing for animal sacrifices for the past few years in anticipation of when they are resumed after the Temple is rebuilt, and the first sacrifice in Israle in 1500 years was performed in 2011. Note that, as described very clearly in the Bible, these never have and never will do anything in regard to salvation, but that does not preclude them being reinstituted, as also indicated in the Bible.

What is your take on the impact of Arpio’s findings so far?
For example:
Does his announcement of “probable cause” give him subpoena power? Will it if he can convince the a judge?
Does the FBI get involved here? If so, does Holder have to be involved?
What does this finding do to change the burden of proof, if anything?
Can these finding be brought to the appeal process in the Georgia eligibility case?
