Soccer For Jihadists, Higher Premiums For Troops
Investor's Business Daily ^ | February 29, 2012 | IBD staff

Priorities: Veterans of the war on terror will be rewarded with higher insurance premiums that favored unions are exempt from. Obama-Care must be served, after all, and that soccer field for Gitmo detainees must be paid for.

For the soldiers who served in Iraq and Afghanistan and lost their legs from mines and improvised explosive devices, it is bitterly ironic news that detainees at Guantanamo, who helped maim them, will now be kicking around soccer balls at a new $750,000 field that is half the size of an American football field.

This comes as the military is bearing the brunt of budget cuts and U.S. servicemen are being murdered in Afghanistan for burning Qurans already desecrated by the writings of other jihadist prisoners. No doubt surviving families of our war dead are wondering when their kids' schools will get new soccer fields.

The Gitmo project began in April 2011 and is due to finish this spring. Detainees will now have three recreation facilities at Camp 6, including already existing indoor and outdoor recreation fields. Not bad for a facility that candidate Barack Obama pledged to close on day one of his term.

Meanwhile, the profusely apologetic Obama administration is going ahead with plans to double or triple medical premiums for the military's Tricare insurance program for active-duty and retired military personnel. Their country owes them a great debt; their commander in chief wants to put them in debt.

Is there any question that 0bama hates the military?

Is there any question that 0bama loves our enemies?

Is the MSM reporting this? Didn’t think so. It’ll make an excellent campaign ad.

I would love to see the Military leaders to say, “Boys pack up we’re going going home. We have a job in Washington to take care of.

I'm assuming that this is another leftover from the Obama/Democrat reign of terror of 09-10. I certainly hope the Republicans didn't OK this money.

Someone working at Gitmo should load up a fertilizer spreader with broken glass and spread it all over the field.
