Romney had to out-spend the others 10 to 1 to come in 2nd in Iowa. He has had to out-spend in every race. So does his campaign have the brains to know what to do with the money?
And does the Newt campaign have the brains to know what to do with the money?
Too often campaign staff salaries are based on a percentage of the media buy. So the staff that creates the media campaign is more interested in the size of the buy than the effectiveness of the buy.
