Members of an Asian head of state's family have funded al-Qaeda and had advance knowledge of the July 7 terrorist attacks on London, according to claims made public by MPs and peers on Friday.
A Parliamentary committee published a document revealing the details of one of Britains last remaining super-injunctions.
In the submission to the 26-member committee, Mark Burby, a businessman based in the Channel Islands, claimed that he had been gagged by the ex-spouse of an Asian head of state in 2009.
He said the Asian head of state who he does not identify was a substantial backer of al-Qaeda, and had advance warning of the suicide bombings on Londons transport system in 2005.
The ex-wife and her solicitors have boasted to me and others that she 'owns the courts in England and Wales and the Government, he said.

The claimant boasted to a member of staff (who has provided a witness statement) about the assassination of an opponent engaged in litigation against her in another jurisdiction and saying that 'Burby was next.
This is an act of war. And nothing will come of it.
Any ideas about the identity of the bimbo or the ‘head of state’?
Extremely interesting. Any speculation as to which Asian state? Indonesia, maybe?
We don’t have “Acts of War” anymore. Just “incidents” for which the party attacked (US, UK etc.) is supposed to apologize.
Since we are discussing England and an Asian family, then preventing the 7/7 attack and or sugesting prosocuting would constitute a hate crime.
And our heroic congresscritters are not helping much by their continuous silence.
“Asian” in the context of a British journal could mean anything from Japan west to the Dardanelles (Turkey). But the list would be narrowed by a head of state with loud mouth ex-wife who has (or can claim) heavy connections in British politics. Neither of the current leaders (President and PM respectively) of Pakistan or Malaysia fit that profile and those two countries would have been first guesses.
Probably Saudi Arabia.
The Brits view Asia minor as still Asia.
Pakistani?
Sultan of Brunei might fit the bill.
Nope but I’m looking around right now.
Yep. His wife in 2009 got divorced in 2010. The sultan was involved in a legal tiff with Burby.
Except that it's unlikely an ex-wife of the Saudi king, i.e. their "Head of State", (if there are any divorced out of the four he'd be allowed at any one time) would be free and personally powerful enough to claim influence in British politics or any other walk of life. They are basically chattel and breeding stock whose role in life is producing "princes".
This is going to be an interesting story to follow. Thankfully it's being reported by a more aggressive press than we enjoy on this side of the pond. Here it would be quashed in order to avoid embarrassing the would be Mahdi in the White House or panicking the plebs.
That is because only subjects were murdered and none of the ruling class.
The same is true in the US now.
See post 14. Looks more like Sultan of Brunei.

Filthy “royals”.
Yes, it does. Surprising if true as the SOB (pun intended) has always been considered a relatively enlightened and western friendly ruler. But then again, his enormous individual wealth and obscure profile would make him a very juicy target for an Al Qaeda “pay up or else” extortion racket.
Saudi Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal is reportedly the one who greased young Barak Obama's entrance into Harvard Law, through his minion Khalid Al-Mansour.
