Adelson can pour unlimited contributions into the PAC. Newt has stated that most of the contributors to his actual campaign are people who send $250 or less.

I don’t remember what the maximum donation is that you can make to a candidate’s campaign directly. I think it’s around $3000. I’ve never had the luxury of doing it. >.<
