Go Newt! Sarah Palin interviewed with Hannity last night and said the candidates need to focus on energy.
Can Santorum continue his surge?

I don’t know. How well watched were the Perot 30 minute politi-mercials? Good for the people who care and want to hear details . . . maybe not so for the ones who enjoy hearing Obama sing for his fans.
Thanks for the link.
Santorum is like that tape which “will self-destruct in five seconds”.
All what one has to do, is let him keep talking...
I hope it works.
from wiki
He campaigned in 16 states and spent an estimated $12.3 million of his own money.[29] Perot employed the innovative strategy of purchasing half-hour blocks of time on major networks for infomercial-type campaign advertisements; this advertising garnered more viewership than many sitcoms, with one Friday night program in October attracting 10.5 million viewers
I think he was doing pretty well until the VP debates with his VP candidate . . . wasn’t he the one with the “why am I here” type reply?
“Who was that guy that use to run half-hour and hour-long commercials during his presidential campaigns?
Oh yes, Lyndon LaRouche.”
Also Ronald Reagan. A 1976 campaign ad on NBC at 10:30 PM EST saved his bacon in North Carolina and beyond.
For the record, I’m a Santorum supporter, but I would like to see what Newt has for us. A great move in my opinion.
Holy WOW
So easy to follow, so exciting. Seems like 5 minutes.
This plan is divinely inspired. People WILL listen.
“We are Americans and Americans do what needs to be done.”
~ Newt Gingrich
Too bad he couldn’t have scheduled it for before tonight’s debate. Questioners might have had to focus on something other than what they consider to be religious issues.
maybe the CNN moderators will watch it before the debate and ask a question or two about it and generate some interest and ratings for the upcoming 30 minute politi-merial(s).
“Too bad he couldnt have scheduled it for before tonights debate.”
They hadn’t the means to buy so much time last week.
“Santorum is like that tape which ‘will self-destruct in five seconds’.
All what one has to do, is let him keep talking.”
That is exactly what he isn’t, at least compared to this field:
Bachmann
Cain
Perry
Gingrich (twice)
Romney
These folks all created or dug deeper holes for themselves.
I will take the occasional gaffe over someone who is over-engineered by handlers.
In Santorum’s case, he may as well be himself. He wrote a 400 page book that tackles social issues in a way that media finds unacceptable. Yesterday’s dust-up was over a four year old speech addressed at a seriously Catholic University.
He could give a one hour talk on unemployment and financial issues, but if he throws in one phrase on underlying social problems that exacerbate all of it, the MSM will jump on it and take it out of context.
They did this to some of the others, too, including Newt.
We must not cooperate with the MSM in their takedowns.
They want Romney.
NO ROMNEY.
The ones who want to hear Barry sing won’t be voting republican anyway.
Looks like NEWT is the only one that has MANAGEMENT skills and is a VISIONARY. rofl.
Newt gonna make more promises to eliminate programs that he himself created? Great!
Drill baby drill! Frack baby frack! Go Newt go!
Thank you for passing that along. A very protein-rich 28 minutes!
Santorum and Romney put together could not fill a half hour with practical solutions to America’s problems.
Newt has plans, not platitudes.
This one’s substance-rich and filled with detail. Very good!
He is a VISIONARY with great IDEAS and expectations for Americans.
Yes - very succinct without being simplistic.
