Even the US Supreme Court has people that go to drive-ups.
Discretion is so, so the better part of valor. Serve her whilst calling the cops from the back room. If lucky the cops will catch her on the lot, if not she is ID’d by license plate. Either way she loses and innocent customers win.
Then the US Supreme Court should understand that the police are dealing with the peoblem and if they have an issue the quickest way to resolve it is to go inside and order. Law before burgers.
If the people in line do not know what the problem is then why look for a plate number, or wait for the problem to leave the scene only to repeat later. You deal with the problem while it’s happening. Even Supreme Court employees should understand this. Go inside.
