This dirty cop needed to be sent to jail, perhaps at least with a sentence of whatever his 'victims' would have served, if they had been found guilty. This 'community service' sentence is a joke!

The bible prescribes the death penalty for bearing false witness. This outrageous dirty cop should be hung by the neck until dead. If we can’t trust the LEO with all the power they are given, who can we trust? I wonder how he got caught. God bless the cop who turned him in.

Begging shamelessly, the disgraced cop said 'Sir, I am begging you, please don't send me to jail.'

P*ussy.

Everyone in prison for “drugs” is an injustice.

'Community Service' for this sad sack o' sh*t will probably consist of counseling other cops on how to more convincingly plant drugs on innocent victims or in their vehicles.

Big fat crybaby dressed like a mafia
don with his fancy freakin' watch. He
should be doing some mandatory time.

I wonder how long he would have survived if he had been sent to jail?

And don’t call this cretin a cowboy! He’s nothing of the sort.

Apologies to cowboys everywhere.

Here’s the real story:

Isn’t that precious? He got his start as a member of SDS at Columbia.

How many innocent people’s lives did this crooked cop destroy? How many other cops are doing the same thing all to improve their stats? He’s likely not the only one in a culture of corruption.

When the justice system will no longer dispense justice, when justice is whatever a judge says it is, the people will soon lose faith in the system with predictable consequences.

These are the same a-holes that arrest a person traveling through their crappy city for just owning a gun locked in a box.

How many people has he watched cry when he salted their cars with dope.

Every case he was ever involved in needs to be researched and those people set free. I bet that won’t happen.

I’m appalled that such a thing as an arrest quota can even exist in our society.

When one entrusted with this sort of public authority/responsibility, commits this kind of act, the 3 strikes rule should be applied and the maximum sentence the victims might have faced should be tripled.

[Judge] Reichbach called Arbeeny's behaviour 'not only reprehensible abuse of trust and authority but the corruption of the entire criminal justice system.'

Look in the mirror, "your honor", you are part of that system too and were trusted to mete out justice. Yet you let that rogue cop off with barely a whack on his peepee.

Well, it is now up to the lawyers to examine each and every arrest by that criminal and then sue the carp out of NYC on behalf of each and every victim.
