Cops who pull this should be summarily executed.
This cop displays his arrested development. He probably learned early that when caught revert to tears. Mommy won’t spankums because you are crying. HOw many non-cops can cry and escape jail time? Or, those framed, who have two strikes, can they evade the third strike via tears? This is just more corruption.
For both this criminal with a badge and the judge that played softball with him...
