WOOT!

Newt is even doing good in places that should be Romney strongholds.

Go Newt!

Now if Santorum’s sanctimonious goofball self would get the hell out of the way…

yep, Santorum is a major problem at this point. If Gingrich loses Florida it will be because of Santorum, and Gingrich would have a pretty good shot at sweeping most of the remaining states if Santorum would just give it up.

Well if steel does sharpen steel politically speaking there’s gonna be some sharp swords by the time this primary is over.

His phone, email, and mailing addresses are all here. Write him and urge him to throw his support to Newt.

Rick isn’t going to drop out and has said so. He’s hoping Newt will falter ...if not he’ll try for a VeeP slot w/Romney. Santorum is out for Santorum; no team player, he. I think his home state figured that out and that’s why they dumped him.

Hopefully some of his support will figure it out and save the day ...but, not looking good and I wish people would stop badgering them. Let them make up their own minds in their own due time. (I know it’s hard to be patient under the circumstances and w/the stakes so high.)

Does he honestly believe he has a shot at VP with Romney?

You have a better chance of being Romney’s VP than Santorum does.

Santorum is showing is true colors. Perry showed what mattered to him. The cause, the mission. Santorum is showing what he cares about. Himself.

Rick is doing realpolitik here. If he can play spoiler and throw it to Romney, he can be, as I put it on another thread, “a heartbeat away from being the guy who loses to Obama in November.”

lol Romney would NEVER pick Santorum to be his VP. No how, no way.

Santorum couldn’t even carry his home state, he is worthless to the ticket.

Even if Santorum makes a deal to hand him the nomination, on the condition that he be the VP? Romney knows if there is only one conservative candidate, he's screwed. Santorum has all the power here in the internal battle.

If you look around the ‘net and the TV news, the MSM has already declared Romney the winner.

I pray to god that they are wrong, and I will take delight in their misery if they are!

Newt 2012!!

I can't speak for what Rick Santorum thinks; but, the thought crossed my mind and I heard one analyst (I believe it was Dr Larry Sabato; but, not positive) express that possibility this morning ...whoever it was it was on FOX and the analyst was speaking to Gretchen ...might’ve been the little pudgy analyst who used to work for Clinton until he got caught w/a prostitute (Not Bob Beckel; although he got caught doing that, too.) ...can recall his face but cannot recall his name at the moment. He's pretty flakey on his analyses; though, I must admit.

If Mitt asks me to share his ticket; I promise I will do a Joe the Plumber on him! :^)

Tried it. Coming up as “page not found.”

Santorum obviously isn’t interested in hearing what voters have to say.

I’m ready to go bang my head against a wall.

Arizona is at the end of February. With a Mitt FL win and friendly territory between now and then, it'll effectively be over.

If Newt can pull out a win in FL, the competition can continue until at least Super Tuesday.

So wonderful how many on here want to concede to MILT if he wins FLA. A real scrappy bunch! I guess they don’t make “right-wing activists” the way they used to.
