Whilest I was going to the kitchen to get another slice of pizza, it dawned on me: Is there a January surprise here? I mentioned the other night that Romney’s failure to disclose a $3 million Swiss bank account on his required Presidential candidate financial disclosure forms ought to be viewed as a major ethical breech. At least it would be in the financial industry from whence he comes. Is it possible the Obama DOJ is investigating this, and the Bush’s are coming to try to talk Obama out of it, perhaps making some kind of deal?

The Bushes obviously went on their initiative. This was not something berry solicited. The snarky little photo release was berry just being his low life self. I doubt yesterdays anti-Newt info dump and this impromptu meeting were a coincidence.

I think I read a few days ago that there is some sort of FBI investigation going on of BAIN Capital. Seems like there was some sort of FOIA filed, but denied due to ongoing FBI investigation.

Look.....Romney has been running for this office for what - 12 years? - there simply can't be any skeletons in his closet this blatant.

With his money and staff/attorneys he's got to have been as vetted as any potential candidate in decades.
