Is Sullivan the guy who was so wrong about Lt Col Lakin? The guy who thinks he knows so much about the military justice system but ended up supporting the idea that the lawfulness of combat orders has nothing to do with them being authorized by the only person the law allows to authorize combat? The guy on the uc-mj website?

This issue on every front stinks really bad. To many poor actors to go into at any length. The many posts from the defense team speak for themselves.

BZ — it’s a different Sullivan. It was Dwight Sullivan who offered his analysis of the legal issues implicated in the Lakin case and correctly predicted what the outcome would be.
