I found some black stains on Mitt Romney's record. He Romney donated to Democrats in three different parts of the country in 1992.

NEWSMEAT - Mitt Romney's Federal Campaign Contribution Report

SWETT, RICHARD NELSON (D) House (NH District: 02) DICK SWETT FOR CONGRESS COMMITTEE

$250 primary - 05/18/92

LAFALCE, JOHN J (D) House (NY District: 29) FRIENDS OF JOHN LAFALCE

$250 primary - 05/18/92

ANDERSON, DOUGLAS DELANO (D) Senate - UT A LOT OF PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT DOUG ANDERSON FOR THE U S SENATE

$1,000 primary - 05/11/92

TOPICS: Culture/Society; Government; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: democrats; donation; election; romney; romneydonations
By contrast, Newt's record is clean, only Republican donations from him.

I just realized this ruins Romney’s credibility on the Paul Tsongas story. Newt said Romney voted for Paul Tsongas in 1992 and Romney said he was just doing an “Operation: Chaos” type of move. But these records show Romney donated money to 3 different Democrats in 1992. My opinion, Romney was thinking of switching parties and running for office as a Democrat at that time.

Hah! I still have a giant Dick Swett for Congress poster that I nabbed back in 92. Funniest name for a candidate that I’ve ever seen!

If Newt wanted to end Mitts presidential aspirations ghe would simply ask the following question during the next debate:

Mitt, I want to believe you when you claim to be conservative, and pro-life...

So would you take a minute to explain your donations to Planned Parenthood.

Sorry, but your analysis does not wash. All contributions were for the primary, not the general election.

And for the record, I helped collect signatures for Ralph Nader to get him on the ballot in Ohio. I voted for Bush.

To funny - is he a no or is he a yes? I used to live in the Czech Republic and their word for yes is “ano” but folks normally just say “no”. I always thought it would be funny to sell shirts and mugs saying something like “The Czech Republic, where No means Yes”. It would drive the euro-feminazis nuts!

Ann Coulter should see this. Oh Wait, she probably has and she’s trying to figure out how to spin it.

Although from a powerful Republican family, Romney was an Independent during the Reagan years, and registered Republican in October, 1993, to run for office.

A couple of years ago we found out that Romney actually did fund raising for one of those democrats that he was donating to.

Romney of course was fund raising for Planned Parenthood in 1994.

Did Romeny actually donate to PP? Or, was it his wife Ann. I am now aware that they both attended a PP fundraiser in 1994, however, the story line is that Ann wrote the check, thus making it “okay”...

This is what I’ve been saying all along. Romney is not a Republican or a conservative. He was my governor and he was just as bad as all the other democrats in this state.

He hooted it up with the best of them. Kennedy, Kerry, and the whole lot of them. What a weasel!
