I know nothing about this incident, but Coach Miles needs to recruit a decent QB, LSU needs one—outside of Y.A. Tittle and Terry Bradshaw, doesn’t LA rear any QBs? The first game was a classic, IMHO; but, I don’t think anyone could have beaten Bama in the SuperDome that night.
He must have done something interesting. Unfortunately the video never appeared at the link. Can you summarize his crime?

an lsu fan was passed out after the game in krystal burger and was surrounded by a bunch of bama fans. they started piling up french fry cartons on him etc. and getting a good laugh out of it. then some jack leg pulled his balls out of the front of his shorts and started putting them all over the guys face.
Alabama has a superb football program and a superb team this year. They absolutely deserved to win that game. And Alabama is a great state and institution. This fan’s actions do NOT reflect on the state or the university as a whole.
But Paul Finebaum’s comments in blaming the victim in this case were nothing short of despicable and disgusting.
That’s pretty tame stuff for a Bama fan. He’ll claim it wasn’t him it was the alcohol that made it happen. Then the judge will say, “that’s ok son it was all in good fun. Roll Tide.”
What needs to be done is to take that pair of balls he is so proud of , cut them off and shove them down his throat.
What kind of a POS does this kind of thing?
I hope he gets 20 years.

Well maybe in Alabama, but the incident happened in Louisiana and the Judge is likely a Tigers fan.

Crude, vulgar, immature? Yes. But sexual battery? C'mon...
i kinda thought the same thing at first, but when i saw the video it changed my perspective. it was waaaay beyond just vulgar and immature.
To be honest, I haven't watched the video yet as I'm at work. I'll watch it later when I get home.
