I decided that before you by a few hours. That is unbelievable. (JK) However, what is serious is that you are WAY smarter than I am. I do still like Santorum a lot but I am seriously hoping that he and Newt are talking right now about how to proceed. I would love Santorum to be the VP. I mean he would be able to run for President in 8 years. Newt I don’t think so because he will be somewhere in the ball park of 77 years old. Santorum is only 53 and has plenty of time.

I'm proud to stand with you this election cycle, Jim. After taking a beating for years in saying that Newt Gingrich would make a good POTUS, I feel an ever so slight pang of vindication.

We've already contributed cash to Newt, and will do so again if he wins in SC.

Yes to Newt, no to Romney, and no to a brokered convention. A brokered convention would certainly be “interesting”, but the end result would be “RINO” heaven. I expect that Romney would end up being the candidate after all. Either him or someone worse.
