85% percent of mormons are forbidden to be in his presence? Good one. And I suppose non mormons are also forbidden to be in his presence as well, eh?
You are a quack. seriously. get help.
Attacking a Black President who is Christian when Mitt was a Missionary and Priest in that racist religion teaching that blacks are not equal, would work as easily as Obama making subtle revelations about the weirdness of Mormonism and magic underwear, and Mitt becoming a God?
I don’t think so.
Well, I wouldn’t want to be catagorized by what some of my ancestors said in 1853. Would you?
We presume that we have become more educated over the last century and a half.
Ok, you have confused me.
I thought you were saying that mormonISM overlaps with Judeo-Christianity values.
It is that statement which leads me to say “you need to learn about mormonISM”, it is not what it appears to be.
"About 85% of Mormons are forbidden to be in Romneys and the other elites presence during many events, such as Romneys wedding, "
Why is it not true?
This is one place the bible isn’t quite silent. Jesus promises to be himself the food and drink of the saints in heaven, which doesn’t mean they’re cannibals, just that their sustenance is supernatural from God (which Christ is).
It sounds like fanciful speculation by that “prophet” to me. Of course, some kids might read that and say yuck, if there is spinach in heaven how can it be heaven :-)
Eat your vegetables :-)
M you need to learn about mormonISM and its culture.
Lookin' for love in all the wrong places!
Are you saying that they don’t preach a morality that has quite a lot in common with, say, the Ten Commandments? If you are claiming I said they are identical, then you have set up a straw man.
That is not the point. The LDS cannot distance themselves from these comments because if they do, they deny these men were prophets and that throws their whole religion out the window.
As a “Restoration” church, they cannot ‘reform’ or they are guilty of apostasy just like they claim Christians are.
It is a bad Catch22 of Mormonism.
If Romney gets the nomination it is assured that things like this will be front page news and much more, including the oaths against the United States his grandfather and his father took in LDS temples.
I’m not aware of Bishop and stake President, Romney not following church teachings, he is actually a leader in them and a teacher and counselor for them, or at least was during his time of liberalism and being pro-abortion.
That means shame on them, of course, because on paper they purport to believe a morality that is quite different (and better).
No you said over lap.
I will say again mormonISM is not what it appears to be, what the PR machine says and who they say they are and what their teachings are, are not the same.
It is also part of the LDS theology that posits that God is restricted by the laws of the Universe (being an exalted man) and thus cannot create or destroy matter - only ‘organize’ it.
I took an entire semester on just that subject at BYU as a Senior Seminar in LDS theology - was God omnipotent or not.
Spinach I am fine with...brussel sprouts? Not so much.
As if nobody had Confederate ancestors... seems there would be plenty of hypocrisy to spread around here
Then they are guilty of hypocrisy.

Actually that is true. If you are not temple worthy and take the oaths and perform the rituals of the LDS temples, then you cannot return to God the Father aka the Celestial Kingdom. At best you are relegated to one of the lower kingdoms which is why LDS work for the dead is so important.
I can give you LDS sources for this teaching - current ones.
Are you claiming there are NO commonalities in what the LDS claims on paper, and the morality of traditional Judeo-Christianity?
Answer straight up. I think you are being evasive and creating straw men.
