I’m not sold on the idea that either Romney or Santorum can displace our current dictator.
I've had some issues with Santorum in the past, but I think he's explained some of them well. I appreciated his tenacity on the WMD reports in 2006. I believe he knew the war was unpopular and supporting it would hurt him, but he did it anyway.
He'll be under more scrutiny after his Iowa showing. I'll be watching to see how he handles the pressure the MSM will undoubtedly put him under. He'll also need to do what he did in Iowa to maintain the momentum: Deliver the message, hit all the areas, attend the meet and greets even if it's just a few people.
I don't think there's going to be a Romney coronation. IMO, whoever gets it will earn it......or buy it.
