There is a misleading ad right there. Newt was cleared of 67 out of 68 ethics charges by the Dems and to focus only on one charge of politicizing a college course makes it appear he was unethical, when clearly he was, for the most part, an ethical representative. You would think he was Charlie Rangel based on that ad.
I doubt it. Paul's support is dedicated mindless zealots. Romney's support is the unengaged mushy middle. They have stayed where they are because no one has given them a reason to wake up and look at themselves. That may change beginning very soon.
True, and what did the republican majority accomplish in their last eight years of life until 2006, besides gleefully shitting right next to where they ate?
Dumping Newt was the worst mistake the House GOP made in the last forty years.
HEY!
Watch your language.
>> is Rush being inscrutable? <<
If so, I think he’s putting nails in his own coffin. Too bad to see the decline of a once-great pundit, truly a man who was ahead of his time. But from my vantage point, it’s beginning to look as if the “era of Rush” has passed.
(Maybe that’s just what happens, however, when you take your fourth wife. Few men can withstand the stresses imposed by the first two or three!)
