Go to Wolfram Alpha and type in "population Iowa percentage black" and you'll find out it's about 2.7%

I don't know what percentage of Iowa's population is black, but would not be surprised to learn it was greater LESS than the 9% of Iowa food stamp recipients who are black, making the statement, story by 60 Minutes more hatchet job than anything else.
