All new schools will be built with a maternity ward and onsite day care.

Why have schools at all? These women will never work there is no reason for them to work. They are having these children specifically so they will not have to work. The only reason they go to school to secure their school lunch and the socializing they do there.

Why should we spend millions of dollars to run schools that teach children to be irresponsible adults?

These girls career choice is to be welfare mothers they do not need a high school diploma for that job.

I wish these miscreants would stop acting like society has failed them when it is THEY who failed society.

25%=50%

I picked up on that pretty quick. I think they wrote the article that way intentionally to minimize the impact.

It is a shocking statistic. There is just no way to overstate the crisis that number represents.

I firmly believe that we need to have MANDATORY DNA testing.....

In a sane world, this would happen. But, since libs run most of the problem areas....

IMHO, a potentially workable solution is to tie welfare eligibility to drug testing. That'd clean up a large percentage of either one problem (drugs) or the other (welfare gamers).
