Celebrated by millions across the world, Kwanzaa honors the history and heritage of Africa. This seven-day observance is an opportunity for individuals of African descent to remember the sacrifices of their ancestors and reflect on the Nguzo Saba. Kwanzaa’s seven social and spiritual principles offer strength and guidance to meet the challenges of each new day.

During this joyous time of year, Americans renew our commitment to hope, understanding, and the great promise of our Nation. In honoring the traditions of Africa, Kwanzaa strengthens the ties that bind individuals in communities across our country and around the world.

Laura joins me in sending our best wishes for a joyous Kwanzaa.

Today marks the beginning of the week-long celebration honoring African American heritage and culture through the seven principles of Kwanzaa -- unity, self determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity, and faith.

For his Christmas message, did he go over the teachings of Christ?

Kwanzaa is as all-inclusive as black history month.

Kwanza was created by a black extremist Ron Karenga after his group of street thugs got destroyed after having fought with the Black Panther Party.

After Karenga got out of jail for other charges, he reinvented himself into some kind of black leader, created the holiday, and got a white-guilt job as a professor at a small California college from which he retired after many decades of conning the academic community and his students.

My Kwanza curse for Karenga and the Obamas.

May a typhoon blow a hole the size of Kansas in your Kwanza Hut.

Karenga and Obama - both created frauds on America, but successful ones. The make P.T. Barnum look like an amateur, but at least Barnum didn’t try to destroy his country.

There is nothing to celebrate in collectivist, Marxist, Communist, it takes a village, black racism. The Left will do anything to make sure Christianity is never given the respect it deserves for its contribution to mankind. The same seven principles of Kwanzaa are the very same seven principles of the Symbionese Liberation Army. With their symbol of the seven headed cobra each snake head stands for one of the SLA's revolutionary principles: Umoja, Kujichagulia, Ujima, Ujamaa, Nia, Kuumba and Imani.

I was just wondering, is burning the mouths and tongues of screaming women with a soldering iron part of the Kwanza festivities?

"when many African Americans and all Americans reflect"

I am having trouble with Obama's logic--if only many African Americans reflect, and all Americans reflect, some African Americans must not be Americans.
Yet, if you are African American, you are by definition American, no?
