I'm not sure I agree with the conclusion, but he has an excellent point about the need for decency -- integrity and civility have been distressingly rare in the GOP of late.

If Ron Paul makes the nomination I am leaving the GOP and help with the start of a third party. I would rather have King Obama President as long as we can take the Senate. King Obama would be on vacation the entire second term. After all with the dropping of 5 trillion this term what the hell would a trillion more for vacations expense hurt us. Damn I'm pissed.

And his sanity on climate change--certainty that it is man-made but real skepticism about how to tackle it--is, in my view, the conservative position.Nope.
Conservatives don't support obvious scams. Read the science and you will never be able to support the idea that there is man-made Global Warming of the planet that is not dwarfed by natural phenomenon.

...I thought Huntsman would be my ideal candidate. I watched Huntsman during the first six debates. I could have sworn I was listening to a moderate Democrat. That was the end of him for me.
This admission at the top of the article leaves me unable to take the rest of it seriously.

AND the certifiable, Nut case, Paul?
Yeah right!
If he's a Conservative, I guess we are all in deep doo-doo!
So, we have another Ron Paul-supporting Freeper here?

If it were any more transparent, Barney Frank would wear it to work.
