A judge heard arguments Thursday in a lawsuit that alleges racial profiling in Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's immigration patrols, a week after federal authorities accused the sheriff's office of a wide range of civil rights violations.

Arpaio's lawyers have asked for the lawsuit to be dismissed, arguing that those who filed the case lack standing to show they face a threat of future injury from the sweeps and people pulled over in the sweeps were approached because deputies had probable cause to believe they had violated a law.

Saw Sheriff Joe on TV yesterday. He didn’t seem the least bit “ruffled” over these idiots and what they’re trying to do.

Sherriff Joe should not have announced his investigation into Obma’s secrets, He should have gotten the evidence first and then nailed him with it.

To the communists Democratic machine, their thinking Joe is to harsh. The problem is we have been ruled by a anti Constitution thinking Government and the liberal courts for many years. The Constitution is a worthless piece of paper to these sick ignorant people. Not a chance America will survive. When the Republicans had a chance to seal the border, they did not do it. When the Democrats has the same chance, they did not do it. All failed since most all of Washington is full of the elite core of anti-Americans.
The Lefties are way off the rails crazy on this one. Sheriff Joe is being accused by some of running a human trafficing operation (including prostitution), assaulting and raping arrested illegals, etc. This was on the local Pacifica station this evening (I know, major Marxist outlet. But this is what the barking moonbats are spewing).
If Eric the Red and his DOJ Mafia can sue Arpaio for arresting illegal aliens, why can’t the American people sue Eric the Red for NOT arresting illegal aliens. The feds are not doing the job we are paying them to do. They all need their asses fired. How’s that for “paying for a tax cut”.
The Soetoro regime owes La Raza a favor. They’ve demanded Arpaio’s head.
I see a civil war coming when the Food Stamp President and his lackeys either win re-election with fraud and vote buying or lose the election and seize power. If he wins re-election his continued actions to destroy the country will cause armed insurrection. If he loses and tries to hold on to power, a good portion of the country and the military will revolt.
