Keystone XL Pipeline Poll needs Freeping.
Politico Web Site ^ | 12/16/11 | Me

Posted on 12/16/2011 2:21:10 PM PST by Jeff Gordon

Do you think an extension of the payroll tax cut should include approval for the Keystone XL pipeline?

Yes -- It would be a good display of compromise from Washington. No -- It's completely unrelated and needs its own debate and decision. I'm not sure

Needs some industrial strength freepin'! (poll is down on the right side)

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

Who cares about their poll? Why bring traffic to that site?

37% yes.

Note: the way they word the choices is biased. Yes is correct, not for “compromise”, but because it’s the right damn thing to do!

You Freepers out there better get with the demographics. The only readers and posters “Politico” has left are the left wing nutcases!!! Most conservatives have abandoned the site for good, me included. Yes.....I will post once in a while, but....just to tweek the liberal, Democrat, Obamabot “dirt bags”!!! Politico thought it was cute to take down Herman Cain!!! Cain will be back, but....Politico will never recover unless it has new, objective management from top to bottom.

These fools at Politico are just like MNBC, with Sharpton, the idiot who cannot get a sentance pronounced correctly, to “spitter” Matthews, to nutcase, O’Donnell, etc. Not to worry folks, like Politico they have no viewers worth counting!!!

It’s annoying when they give you a choice of answers, but tell you what your reasoning is for them.

Yes — It would be a good display of compromise from Washington. 38%

No — It’s completely unrelated and needs its own debate and decision. 60%

I’m not sure 0%

I truly hate when polls ask you a simple question, but then include “reasons” in the answer that are absurd. In this poll, its’ a simple yes or no question. But “yes” supposedly means you think compromise is good. As opposed to “yes” meaning it’s the right thing to do, or yes meaning we need the pipeline and Obama is an idiot.

Lazlo...I voted no and I’m no lefty. I don’t see where this typical complication on legislation ever benefits Americans. What it does do is benefit politicians.

Politicians typically do stuff like this with illegal immigration bills too so that they duck and cover. No thanks, I want Congress to vote be accountable on each issue, and if they don’t have the guts, then they should should give the people the right of referendum. I want debate and accountability on each issue.

I understand your procedural issues with the way this pipeline was passed, but do you also have a problem with the pipeline itself?
