7-Year-Old Accused Of Possible Sexual Harassment For Kicking Boy In Groin (defending himself)
CBS Boston ^ | December 2, 2011

BOSTON (CBS) – A 7-year-old boy is being investigated by his South Boston elementary school for possible sexual harassment after kicking another boy in the crotch.

The first grader’s mother, Tasha Lynch, says she was shocked by the school’s decision.

“He’s 7 years old. He doesn’t know anything about sexual harassment,” she said.

Lynch’s son, Mark Curran, said the boy that he kicked had been bullying him on the school bus ride home from Tynan Elementary last week.

“He just all of a sudden came up to him, choked him. He wanted to take his gloves, and my son said, ‘I couldn’t breathe, so I kicked him in the testicles,’” said his mother.

Lynch described a phone call she received from the school explaining that the case will be treated like sexual harassment, due to what it considers inappropriate touching.

“‘Your son kicked a little boy in the testicles. We call that sexual harassment,’” Lynch said the school told her.

She said she’s been asked to attend a disciplinary hearing at the school Monday.

Maybe the other kid should be charged with attempted murder.

I think every school official, etc., who agrees this is sexual harassment should be kicked in the crotch.

It’s self defense. Hello. they are taught to kick in the groin, punch in the nose. I would be getting that son some ice cream for his efforts.

The mother should push for criminal charges against the bully. I see battery and robbery right off the bat.

Guess the ONLY answer is shooting the attacker.

Also hard to believe that the 7 year old said “I kicked him in the testicles”.

Since this 7yo will probably be branded as a sexual predator for the rest of his life, the mother may as well have the other kid charged with attempted murder.

These school officials are the real preverts (int) A Bunker here....

Just thinking,
What would they charge a girl with here?

Isn’t a knee to the pleasure zone area one of the self defense moves when being attacked?

Hell, the whole idea is to get the guys mind off what he is doing and give him something to think about.....

If the 7 year old was my son, the school would be getting a piece of my mind and I would tell him “good job” !

According to the schools logic the Boy would've been
charged with attempted rape.

Never bring a groin to a kick-fight.

I'd bet dollars to doughnut holes that the kid is not one of Eric Holder's people and the administrators are.

Eric Holder's people consider it to be a civil right to abuse power to get back at Whitey.

According to the schools logic
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
Well, more to the point - LACK OF LOGIC.

You do have to give them credit for one thing though.

They certainly keep active minds hopping trying to figure out what just what in the hell is going on and what are they trying to prove.

Keeps us young...ha ha..

When did we reach a point at which kids fighting are charged in the criminal justice system? Kids used to be sent to the principal’s office when somebody picked a fight and there was fighting. How is it sexual assault if you kick somebody in an area associated with sex actiity??? But how does any of that apply to prepubescent children in the first place??? And are there any charges pending for the kid who started this in the first place, or only the kid who defended himself is in trouble???

Anytime you see rules/laws like this, and idiot decisions defying common sense, remember the phrase “arbitrary societal laws”.

That’s the postmodern, relativistic, secular mindset that generates all this crap.

Whether it be idiotic ways of looking at things at a government school, or court, or agency, that’s what it is.
