Maybe the other kid should be charged with attempted murder.

I think every school official, etc., who agrees this is sexual harassment should be kicked in the crotch.

I’d pull my son out of the school.

It’s self defense. Hello. they are taught to kick in the groin, punch in the nose. I would be getting that son some ice cream for his efforts.

The mother should push for criminal charges against the bully. I see battery and robbery right off the bat.

Guess the ONLY answer is shooting the attacker.
Also hard to believe that the 7 year old said “I kicked him in the testicles”.
Since this 7yo will probably be branded as a sexual predator for the rest of his life, the mother may as well have the other kid charged with attempted murder.
These school officials are the real preverts (int) A Bunker here....

If the 7 year old was my son, the school would be getting a piece of my mind and I would tell him “good job” !

I'd bet dollars to doughnut holes that the kid is not one of Eric Holder's people and the administrators are.
Eric Holder's people consider it to be a civil right to abuse power to get back at Whitey.

When did we reach a point at which kids fighting are charged in the criminal justice system? Kids used to be sent to the principal’s office when somebody picked a fight and there was fighting. How is it sexual assault if you kick somebody in an area associated with sex actiity??? But how does any of that apply to prepubescent children in the first place??? And are there any charges pending for the kid who started this in the first place, or only the kid who defended himself is in trouble???

Anytime you see rules/laws like this, and idiot decisions defying common sense, remember the phrase “arbitrary societal laws”.
That’s the postmodern, relativistic, secular mindset that generates all this crap.
Whether it be idiotic ways of looking at things at a government school, or court, or agency, that’s what it is.

Isn’t this the first thing they teach in women’s defense classes? And who said there are “rules” for defending yourself when attacked? What if this victim had jabbed his fingers into his attacker’s eyes? Would that be “sexual harassment”?

A salute to the proper way of handling a bully!

And I suppose chocking someone, trying to steal their property is just “boys being boys” in this school district... SMH.

Your son kicked a little boy in the testicles. We call that sexual harassment, Lynch said the school told her.Hmmm, I have to wonder if this mother, Tasha Lynch, is quoting "the school" correctly.
There is a legal definition of "sexual harrassment" in school districts. And one boy kicking another boy --in the testicles --one time --in self-defense, ain't it.
Usually sexual harrassment policy definitions have wording like "pervasive" and "hostile environment." In other words, an act that occurs just once, and in the absence of a "pervasive and hostile atmosphere," doesn't qualify as sexual harrassment.
Kicking someone in the testicles might qualify as assault. But if it was truly self-defense then nothing should happen to the kid.

In the 3rd grade I whacked the 6th grade bully in the head with mt lunch box. Mom always said that if someone bigger than you wants to fight pick up something that makes you as big as they are. The principal was sort of stern with me but didn't do anything. Later found out through my dad that he thought it was funny that the bully was in his office crying. I guess today I'd be in jail.
