Compare these two statements about Walking Dead. Which of them is more unrealistic?
1 - The world is full of flesh eating zombies who want nothing more than to turn you into one of them by biting you. They can be killed only by destroying their brain.
2 - People living in such a zombie infested world DO NOT know how to use guns and, in fact, fear guns more than zombies. These people routinely put their sole protection in the hands of a relatively small group of people. Additionally, they travel into and out of zombie infested areas WITHOUT firearms.

As the Vietnam War raged in the 1960s, Mitt Romney received a deferment from the draft as a Mormon “minister of religion” for the duration of his missionary work in France, which lasted two and a half years.
“I really don’t recall thinking about political positions when I was knocking at the door in France” as a missionary, Romney said. “I was supportive of my country. I longed in many respects to actually be in Vietnam and be representing our country there and in some ways it was frustrating not to feel like I was there as part of the troops that were fighting in Vietnam.”

Don’t get carried away. Officers cannot be busted to seaman; it’s impossible under the rules. He was a LT when he left the Navy Under Other Than Honorable Circumstances with an official reprimand. Yes, Carter saved his ass by pulling his bad discharge and reprimand and replacing them with an Honorable. Kerry is the most loathsome of traitors.
If you can be hung for treason you can be busted to the lowest seaman. There is some paperwork around to that effect.
