Don’t get carried away. Officers cannot be busted to seaman; it’s impossible under the rules. He was a LT when he left the Navy Under Other Than Honorable Circumstances with an official reprimand. Yes, Carter saved his ass by pulling his bad discharge and reprimand and replacing them with an Honorable. Kerry is the most loathsome of traitors.

If you can be hung for treason you can be busted to the lowest seaman. There is some paperwork around to that effect.

Had some time to calm down. Kerry’ buddy lost his silver star a few months ago when he was convicted of child porno. Kerry is no better. The records are not complete on kerry so we can only guess. Lot more questions on the rat than answers.
