that’s already a huge issue for Perry. It’s absolutely ludicrous to give another draw to illegals, in this case, then ‘gifts’ such as in-state tuition.

Please napscoordinator give it a break. Perry as Governor of Texas has the longest border with Texas than anyone else in the US. He has tried for years to get Federal help on the border. It is not correct to lay the blame on Perry.
