Here's the current map on Wikipedia of Somalia's divisions. It does not, of course, show the area in the south now controlled by Kenya or the location of Ethiopia's latest incursion in the west. The "legitimate" government of Somalia, the Transitional Federal Government, now controls most of Mogadishu (the tiny gold speck at the bottom) with the support of 8,000+ Ugandan troops and heavy financing from the UN.
International incident or local tribal raid? Looking at the fragmentation on the map, I think the latter more likely.

You could probably haul around 10,000 Ethiopian troops in 20 trucks! This could be a massive invasion. Their 'D-Day'.
Time for the neocons on this site to start advocating for zero to send more of our troops into harm’s way. After all, they may become a threat to us in several hundred years, and the prez has and needs the authority to defend us from all threats, real or imagined.
