Our Constitution already defacto bans sharia law. What we need to do is either unelect or impeach any judge who uses it, or attempts to use, it in decision in a U.S. court room.

Exactly. The fact that we even have to spend 10 seconds discussing this is extremely depressing.

But there are TRAITORS on the bench in US courts (who should be summarily shot) who are making this an actual live issue that will go on for decades.
