From what I've been reading, what you want to eat is sea salt; that way you get a full spectrum of minerals.

The French still harvest sea salt by means of salt ponds and channels set up for this purpose. The stuff they harvest is in large grains, and it comes out gray and moist.

We use sea salt. You have to have salt in order for your metabolic hormones to work well. We also supplement with lugols for our iodine.

Probably for reasons “Any sailor worth his Salt” would have had intimate physiological experience with; and the sheeplefied, not so much.

My Russian great-grandmother regularly ate lemons (whole, including the peel) and salt... and lived to be 94 years young.

Hmmm.

Moochelle is a Scurvey Dog. She and her progressive health nuts can KMA.
