am i understanding this stat correctly? Is it saying that this month’s numbers WOULD HAVE led to this years numbers if it had happened all 12 months. which it didnt.
Makes no sense. New home sales up even though raw materials costs remain high yet existing home sales are down even though prices are at historic lows. Does not compute.
