This guy lost. So I’d imagine he’s getting his money from folks who are fearful of losing the coming election. Indirectly, from Barry and the DNC. Every dollar they force SBAL to spend on this is that much less for ads against abortion supporters across the country—and Barry is the biggest abortion supporter of them all.
Idiocy. That person should be made to pay up for the other sides costs in this lawsuit.
They have the entire media-government complex on their side, your kids in school will be crying about the mean old Republicans when the teachers get in on the act next year plus half of Americans get a government check, built in advantage for the Democrats.
If the GOP wins (Romney can't win), it will not be a landslide.
Oddly enough, this article from USNews is highly critical of both the filing of the suit AND the Obamam appointee (and past president of Cinncinati Planned Parenthood!) judge who allowed it to go forward! Here is the last line of the article “And someone, maybe the House Judiciary Committee, needs to take a look at how he was assigned the case in the first place because, right now, the whole thing smells like day-old fish left out in the hot sun.”
life owes him this office!

getta life.
Holy crow, even US Snooze couldn’t let this little fact slide...
“What is equally curious, however, is why Judge Black has allowed the case to move forward and why he did not recuse himself from it since, as Barbara Hollingsworth reported Friday in The Washington Examiner, he apparently is the former president and director of the Planned Parenthood Association of Cincinnati. As seeming conflicts of interest go this one is a real humdinger.”
Rush just mentioned this on his show. I thought it had to be satire. Talk about stupid.
Indeed it does. Textbook frivolous suit.
I'm shocked, shocked that the TOTUS would appoint unqualified party hacks and corrupt ideologues who wouldn't recognize a conflict of interest if it kicked them in the keester to the Federal bench.
Planned Parenthood and the AFL-CIO would be good for starters.
Unreal. “Waah! I want my Congressional Pension. I needed 2 more terms!”
That’s hitting the nail on the head. Exactly what’s at issue.
Where do any of these politicians get the idea that they are entitled to make elected office their career? What makes them think that they are entitled to be parasites on the taxpayers for life - including a big pension? Isn’t it supposed to be ‘public service’ at the discretion of the voters?
Elected office should under absolutely no circumstances be a career, for anyone. They have effectively created a ‘royal class’ for themselves, and they just can’t believe or accept it when they get ousted from their ‘entitled’ positions.
Pro Abortion Democrat Suing Group that Aborted Him
It won’t have any affect, it will be thrown out as soon as it lands on the judge’s schedule.
Sore loser! Susan B. Anthony list told the truth. He voted for the healthcare law despite the fact that the law did not provide that tax dollars not go to fund abortions. That executive order is useless. The bottom line is that he put his liberal agenda over the right to life, got called out on it, lost, and now he’s whining. Judge Black is trying to legislate from the bench. He is a big pro-abort and is tied to Planned Death. It figures that he is an Obama appointee.
Ohio pig ping
